The LXK6632 is a high-power, high-gain linear power amplifier for 3300~3600MHz frequency band. For 3.5GHz 5G NR application, the device provides a typical 23dBm linear output power @ ACPR<-47dBc. The device is internally matched to 50 Ohms at the input and the output can be easily matched to obtain optimum power.
